Ellen Negrin-Fessler is the owner and design consultant for ENF Designs.

She graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Design. Ellen has successfully designed residential and commercial projects in Colorado, Orange County, Rockland County, The Hudson Valley Area, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.
